Looking to cancel ?

1. Log in to your customer account on www.corthay.com and in “My orders” and note the order number you wish to return.
2. Fill the form (bottom of this page)
3. After validation of your cancellation request, you will receive an email of confirmation.
4. The reimbursement will be executed in the days following the receipt of your demand.

Not sure what can be returned?

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Corthay garments tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.    
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in the original packaging.
