All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

Items can be collected at your convenience from our store for all orders. Select the ‘Collect in store’ option at checkout. Your order will remain in store for 10 days, whereupon, if it has not been a collected a full refund will be issued. When collecting your order from a store you will need:
To present a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation email.
The credit or debit card used to complete the transaction.
If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your signed written permission and copy of the card and confirmation email.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All of our E-Shop products are made on order. The pair is made for you so refunds or returns will not be accepted.
We highly recommend our clients to be sure of their size before ordering a shoe, by using the Size Guide and calling a store to discuss with Sales advisors. In Corthay, we have the expertise to find a Client’s size at distance.
Any changes on the order once it has been sent and processed, will have to be reported within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Otherwise the order will be in production and changes will not be accepted.
If the shoe you receive is faulty in some way, you will need to notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We will need to inspect the product at our factory. If we perceive to be a genuine fault/flaw, a full refund will be given for the goods and shipping cost incurred. If you do not report to us within that time, we will assume that you accept the goods.
Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cannot guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.
We work with natural materials (leather hides), each leather hide can vary and accept antiques creams/dyes differently, a slight colour variation may accrue, this is out of our control, we do our best to keep this as consistent as possible.
Cancellation of Orders
We have made our website as user friendly as possible, however we do understand that purchasing online can sometimes be awkward, if you do place an order incorrectly and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as goods may be shipped on the same day or the day after ordering :

As soon as the product is ready to be shipped, we will confirm address and shipment date of the product with the client. Courier information and Tracking number will be provided for every order as soon as the shipment is booked. If the delivery exceeds over 10 days from day you receive the shipping confirmation, you will need to report to Corthay as soon as possible in order to open an investigation with the courier.
The courier will do 3 attempts on the delivery before returning the parcel or abandon the product. If the product is returned to the France. and we have to ship it again, the client will be charged again for the shipping costs.
If you live outside the EU, please be aware our courier will clear your goods in customs, but there will be an import duty to pay to the courier before you receive your goods. This will vary depending on the country the goods are being imported into.
